Since Bethany House Services is a non-profit, the 'key product features' are best understood as the core services and programs they offer: Emergency Shelter provides immediate safe housing for families experiencing homelessness. Housing services help families transition to stable, long-term housing. Shelter Diversion helps families avoid entering the shelter system by providing resources and support to resolve their housing crisis. Aftercare services offer ongoing support to families after they leave the shelter to ensure their continued stability. Family Services Department provides comprehensive case management, life skills training, and support for children and parents. Family Housing Partnership involves collaborations with other organizations to expand housing options. Community Collaborations involve partnerships with local agencies to address various needs of homeless families. A new consolidated shelter and comprehensive services center opened in Bond Hill in September 2022. It has the capacity to serve 43 families and up to 220 individuals at one time. The organization also accepts in-kind donations such as 'Bethany Basics' including can openers, wastebaskets, cleaning supplies and soap to help families transitioning out of shelters.
