Draftboard is a recruiting platform that connects companies with a network of "Scouts" who refer pre-vetted candidates for open positions. Companies list their open roles on Draftboard along with the referral bonus they're offering, and Scouts can share those roles with their network and earn a bonus if their referral is hired. Draftboard is free for companies to use; they only pay a referral bonus if they hire a candidate through the platform.
